Terms of Service
These Terms govern the use of InfoDome at infodome.si (the “Service”). By creating an account or subscribing you accept these Terms. Please read them together with the Privacy and Cookie Policy. Last updated: 2026-10-06.
1. Operator
The Service is operated by Larysa Danyuk, ul. Jana III Sobieskiego 1/49, 02-957 Warszawa (Mazowieckie), Poland, NIP 5214137319, REGON 543026074, phone +48 532 875 937 (“we”, “us”).
2. The Service
InfoDome is an online tool that builds a simulated social environment from materials you upload and lets AI agents interact in it. It produces simulations, reports and conversations generated by artificial intelligence. The Service is based on the open-source project MiroFish (AGPL-3.0); the source code of our version is available at https://github.com/666ghj/MiroFish.
All agents are simulated. They are not real people, and their statements are not the opinions of real persons or groups.
3. Account
You sign in with a Google account. You must be at least 18 years old (or of age in your country) and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account and must keep access to it secure. An account is intended for one person.
4. Subscription, price and payment
- Access to the simulation features requires a paid subscription of 29 € per month (VAT included where applicable). The price is shown before purchase.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details.
- The subscription renews automatically every month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in your account (“Manage subscription”); cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then.
- Each billing period includes a fair-use allowance of AI processing, shown in your account. When it is used up you can still view your results; new AI processing becomes available again in the next billing period.
- We may change the price for future periods. We will inform you at least 30 days in advance and you may cancel before the change takes effect.
5. Immediate start, right of withdrawal and refunds
Consumers in the EU generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason.
The Service is a digital service, and simulation results, reports and other AI outputs are digital content that is generated and supplied immediately, using paid computing resources of third-party AI providers. When subscribing you expressly request that we start immediately, within the withdrawal period, and you acknowledge that:
- you lose the right of withdrawal for digital content once its supply has begun (Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU; Article 38(1)(13) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014);
- if you withdraw from the subscription within 14 days, you pay for the service provided until the withdrawal, in proportion to what has already been performed, including the AI processing already carried out (Article 14(3) of Directive 2011/83/EU; Article 35 of the Polish Consumer Rights Act). AI processing is consumed immediately and cannot be returned; where the included AI allowance has been used, no amount is refundable.
Apart from the above, payments for billing periods that have started are not refunded; cancelling stops future renewals.
These rules do not limit your statutory rights if the digital content or service does not conform to the contract (Directive (EU) 2019/770). If the Service does not work as described, contact us: we will fix it or, where the law requires, reduce the price or refund you.
You receive confirmation of the contract, including your consent and acknowledgement, in your account and by e-mail from our payment provider.
6. Acceptable use
You may not upload content you have no right to use or personal data of other people without a legal basis; use the Service for unlawful purposes, harassment, disinformation, manipulation of elections or public opinion, or to target real individuals; try to bypass limits, security or billing; or resell the Service without our consent. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
7. AI outputs
- Outputs are generated automatically by AI models and may be incomplete, inaccurate or biased. A simulation is an exploratory model, not a forecast you can rely on.
- Outputs are not financial, investment, legal, medical, political or other professional advice. You decide how to use them and are responsible for decisions based on them.
- Do not present simulated statements as statements of real people or groups. When you publish outputs, disclose that they were generated by AI where the law requires it (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689, the AI Act).
8. Your content
You keep all rights to the materials you upload and to the outputs created for you, to the extent such rights exist. You grant us a non-exclusive licence to store and process your materials only to provide the Service. We do not use your materials to train AI models. AI providers process them on our behalf as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Availability
We provide the Service “as is” and “as available”. We aim for continuous operation but may interrupt it for maintenance or updates, or because of failures of hosting, AI or payment providers. If we discontinue the Service, we refund prepaid unused time proportionally.
10. Liability
- Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded by law, in particular for intentional damage, gross negligence, injury to life or health, or the statutory rights of consumers.
- Within these limits we are not liable for decisions you make on the basis of outputs; indirect or consequential losses (such as lost profit, data or opportunities); content uploaded by users; or interruptions caused by third parties or force majeure.
- For business customers (non-consumers) our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, and the statutory warranty for defects (rękojmia) is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
- You are responsible for your uploads and your use of outputs.
11. Termination
You can delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated breaches of these Terms, with prior notice where possible.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms for valid reasons, such as changes in law or new features. We will inform you at least 14 days before changes take effect; if you do not agree, you can cancel before then.
13. Law, complaints and disputes
These Terms are governed by Polish law. Consumers also keep the protection of the mandatory law of their country of residence. Complaints can be sent to the contact details in section 1; we reply within 14 days. Disputes are resolved by the competent common courts. Consumers may also use out-of-court procedures, e.g. a consumer ombudsman (rzecznik konsumentów) or the Trade Inspection (Inspekcja Handlowa).
